If you ve just spilled bleach on your carpet there might still be time to save its color if you act quickly. A bleach spill on a carpet whether it be large or small leaves behind a telltale mark. Saturate the area of the carpet you want lightened with the bleach mixture. If the carpet surrounding the stain is a shade of brown you can use your favorite.
